On December 5, 2024, the ordination ceremony at Wat Sri Mongkol added one new monk at 3:28 p.m. His name is Phra Chairat Thongbai Chakrathammo, who has the Dharma as his wakefulness.

On March 11-13, 2567 (Buddhist Era), there was a reconstruction and repair of the crematorium furnaces (repairing the chimney of the crematorium) because the smoke did not rise upward but instead flowed back down below (cremation has been ongoing since the year 2559 Buddhist Era until the present, with a total of 106 bodies).
